Complete Scaffolding ERW Tube Mill Production Process:
Raw Material (Steel Strip Coil) → Coil Uncoiler → Strip Cutting & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Strip Feeding & Forming → High-Frequency Welding → External Weld Bead Removal → Cooling Water Tank → Sizing & Straightening → Flying Saw Cutting → Run-Out Table → Manual Stacking & Bundling → Inspection → Warehousing

HF50 High Frequency Tube Mill with the tube diameter range of 19–76 mm, wall thicknesses of 0.8–3.25 mm and production speeds of up to 100 m/min. This tube machine is designed for efficient production of round scaffolding tubes and scaffolding pipes used in ringlock scaffolding, frame scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding,construction platforms and other temporary structural systems.
