3. Forming Section

This part can cooling the steel pipe.

5. Sizing Section

The pipe passes through a series of sizing rolls, it can make the pipe more roundness, and help shape the pipe to its final dimensions.

6. Cold Saw Cutting Machine

With precision control system,it enables on-demand customization of tubular material lengths. And utilizing cold milling technology, burr-free tube ends, without secondary processing.

7. Automatic pipe unloading platform

It is an unloading platform of pipes cut by computerized saw. After the pipes falling down, workers can quickly check the quality and package them for preparation of transportation.

8. High Frequency Welding Machine

Using the current skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency to make both edges of the material rapidly heated to soldering temperature and then weld them together. Using computer to monitor the process can provide the machine with reliable quality.
