ERW 32 High Frequency Welding Pipe Production Line

High frequency pipe making machine is the special equipment to make steel strip form into pipe shape through rolling molds, then heated to melting temperature with the proximity effect and skin effect of high frequency, the two sides of the material weld together under the pressure of extrusion molds and finally become the required pipe size through cooling water, sizing molds and straightening molds. The whole tube mill includes equipment from raw material feeding until pipes are cut off and collected, production speed can change according to pipe size. Applicable material: hot or cold rolled carbon steel strip like Q195, Q235,16Mn,etc.
