The high-frequency welded pipe production line is a complete tube mill production line designed to produce high-quality welded steel pipes from steel strip coils. This production process combines continuous forming, high-frequency welding, sizing and straightening, and cutting, achieving efficient and stable pipe production.

The production process begins with the steel strip coil. The steel strip coil is loaded onto an uncoiler and continuously fed into the production line. In the coil preparation stage, the steel strip is butt-welded by a shearing butt welder, connecting the end of one coil to the beginning of the next. This enables continuous production and reduces downtime.

After passing through the accumulator, the steel strip enters the forming section. A series of forming rollers gradually shape the flat steel strip into a circular pipe. The edges of the formed steel strip are then heated and pressed together by a high-frequency welding system to form a continuous longitudinal weld.

After welding, the external weld seam is removed to improve the surface quality of the pipe. The welded pipe then passes through a cooling system and then enters the sizing and straightening section. Sizing rollers precisely control the final pipe dimensions and help maintain consistent pipe shapes, such as round, square, or rectangular.

The finished pipes are then cut to the required lengths using a flying saw cutting system without stopping the production line. After cutting, the pipes are sent to the unloading station for unloading, stacking, and bundling.

Finally, the finished pipes undergo dimensional, surface condition, and weld quality inspections before warehousing or shipment.
