A successful ERW Tube Mill Machine project is not only about supplying equipment but also about understanding the customer's production requirements and providing a suitable tube mill solution. This Bangladesh Tube Mill Project began in 2021 when an established local tube manufacturer contacted us about expanding its production capacity.

The customer was an experienced tube manufacturer with an existing production facility and wanted to add a new high frequency welded tube mill to meet growing production requirements. After reviewing the customer's required pipe sizes and wall thicknesses, we found that the requested production range exceeded the range of our standard tube mill models.

Instead of recommending a standard machine that could not fully meet the customer's requirements, we developed a customized 50K76 ERW Tube Mill Machine for the project. The customized machine was designed to produce round tubes from 20 mm to 76 mm with a wall thickness range of 0.6 mm to 3.0 mm. This configuration allowed the customer to cover its required product range with one production line.

During the purchasing process, the customer compared our solution with several competing suppliers. After evaluating the proposed machine configuration and production requirements, the customer selected our customized tube mill solution and confirmed the order in 2022.

After the ERW Tube Mill Machine arrived at the customer's factory, installation and commissioning were completed smoothly. The production line was successfully put into operation, providing the customer with a reliable solution for its expanded tube production requirements.

The cooperation continued after the first project. In 2023, the customer purchased another HF28 Tube Mill, followed by a 50K89 Tube Mill in 2024. These repeat orders demonstrate the continued cooperation between the two companies and the customer's ongoing investment in tube production capacity.
