A complete High Frequency Welded Tube Mill consists of several integrated machines that work together to transform steel strip coils into finished welded tubes. Each section performs an important function in the production process and contributes to stable production efficiency and finished tube quality.

Complete Tube Mill Line

1.Uncoiler

The Uncoiler is the starting point of the production line. It holds and continuously feeds the steel strip coil into the mill. A reliable uncoiling system helps maintain stable strip feeding during continuous production.

2.Strip Shear and Butt Welder

The Strip Shear and Butt Welder connects the end of one steel coil to the beginning of the next coil. This allows continuous production without frequently stopping the tube mill for coil changes.

3.Accumulator

The Accumulator stores a certain amount of steel strip and provides a continuous supply of material to the forming section during coil changing and welding operations. It helps reduce production interruptions and improve overall line efficiency.

4.Forming Mill

The Forming Mill gradually shapes the flat steel strip into the required tube profile. Depending on the tooling design the mill can produce round square rectangular or other profiles within the specified production range.

5.High Frequency Welding System

The High Frequency Welding System heats the edges of the formed strip and joins them together to create a continuous longitudinal weld. The HF welding system is one of the most important components for achieving stable weld quality and high production speed.

6.Cooling System

After welding the tube enters the Cooling System, where controlled cooling reduces the tube temperature before sizing and further processing.

7.Sizing and Straightening Mill

A complete production line can also include a Sizing and Straightening Mill, which controls the final tube dimensions and straightness.

8.Flying Saw

The Flying Saw cuts the continuous tube into predetermined lengths while maintaining production speed.

9.Run Out Table

Finally the Run Out Table and Stacking System transfer collect and organize the finished tubes for inspection and bundling.

The exact configuration of a High Frequency Welded Tube Mill depends on pipe diameter wall thickness material production speed and required automation level. A properly designed production line ensures efficient continuous production reliable welding quality and consistent finished tube dimensions.
